Reality Check
This morning a commercial came on for Jitterbug. For those of you who don't know it's a cell phone for the elderly in which you can be SEVERELY technologically talented and still use due to live operators that help you out. So McKinley asked if I was going to get that phone. I said "No honey, that's just for older people who need help to use their phone." She said "Well mom, you ARE old and dad's old too." Put in my place by a 3 year old, once again.

jill said you guys are coming to san diego!!! i am so excited to see you. but she did mention that you are not bringing mckinley. which is a shame. jax and mckinley would be a treat together.
Yea, paying for an extra $230 flight so I could want to pull my hair out at the end of the trip just didn't seem worth it. But, we definitely should get them together sometime. I loved Jax's dance parties. McKinley also frequently invites us to parties, celebrations, picnics, tea parties etc. in her room.
But on a happier note, yes Halle and I and the rest of the Wahlen girls (plus Easton) will be coming to San Diego and I am so excited to see you guys and meet Jason and Parker!
